We are a family owned maintenance company located in Des Moines, Iowa.  We service the Des Moines Metro Area.  Some of the more popular neighborhoods we servce are Urbandale, Johnston, Clive, Waukee and West Des Moines and others.

I am thrilled you're considering Lawncare Made EZ to take care of your home.  I'd like to tell you why we're different than anyone else you might consider for your lawn maintenance needs.   

When I say your satisfaction is guaranteed I mean it.  Companies throw that phrase around all the time.  The phrase becomes diluted and means nothing anymore.  But when I say your satisfaction is guaranteed, I mean you will not pay us if you are not happy with services.  Furthermore, if we can't correct the issue at hand, I will literally pay a competitor of your choosing to fix the problem.  When I say I only want 100% satisfied clients, I mean it.  

We are going to show up at your property properly attired.  We're going to use professional lawn equipment.  We are going to weed eat around every fence, shrub, light post and anywhere else our mowers will not reach.  Your property will be edged with a metal blade edger every service.  We're going to clean up all grass clippings and blow all the concrete and hard surfaces clean.  When we're finished, we go through a checklist to ensure that the quality was absolutely thorough.  The last item on that check list reads "Is the clients's gate locked or secured?"  Initial yes.

I've been a business owner in a different industry for over 34 years . I am community oriented and have worked with three  generations of multiple families.

Previously I was a National Chairman for a  Non-Profit Multi  Sports Organization for many years.

We specialize exclusively to residential lawns in the Des Moines Metro Areas and there are a couple reasons why that is important to you.

Residential lawn care requires different equipment than commercial properties.

You see, we're not going to put a 2,000 lb zero-turn mower on your yard with a 72" deck that goes 15 mph just to cut your lawn 2 1/2 minutes faster.  It tears up your yard and over time those heavy mowers create drive tracks.

No. We use professional lightweight zero-turn mowers that won't scalp your yard, tear up your grass, or create heavy tire depressions in your lawn.

By matching the right equipment to your home, your lawn stays beautiful year round.

PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE

Your lawn care guy shows up in front of your home with a push mower hanging out the back of a 92 rusted buick with a missing hubcap.  He's also rocking a tie-dye t-shirt with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. Lawncare Made EZ shows up with the right equipment, professionally collared shirt and we have a NO Smoking policy for all of our employees. 

TIMELY SERVICE

Your party is on Saturday.  Your lawn is scheduled to be mowed on Friday.  Your lawn care service doesn't show, and there is nothing more frustrating.  We get it.  Which is exactly why we show up on schedule.

When we come to your property we are going to be completely thorough in our service.

Lawncare Made EZ includes the follow: 

 1. Mowing with a professional grade lightweight mower that won't tear up your yard. 

2. Line trimming all the areas on the property including fences, around posts. trees, and curbs.  

3. Edging the sidewalks, driveways, and curbs with a metal blade edger.  

4.  Cleaning up all grass clippings on the property.  

The price you pay is determined by the square footage of the turf on the property.  

We don't upcharge if you live in a fancy neighborhood; the price, and it's fair across the board.

Some other things to note during service:  If we are servicing your property and notice an empty trash can needs to be brought back up to the house from the road then we are going to do it.  

We pick up kids toys before we mow and place them on the porch.  We refill your dogs water bowl if we notice it getting low.  These are the extras that set us apart, and it's just normal day to day day activities for us.
